2. How can I cancel my order?
If buyer wishes to cancel an order they must submit in writing that the following is understood: Seller will recoup any fees required from the buyer before offering any partial refund to cover those automatic fees we must pay (including paypal transaction fees and shipping fees, if any have been processed).
